"How much of that 2.9 mil are one time equipment expenses?"
Virtually none. The $2.9M in operating expenses are represented by Selling, General and Administrative expenses and depreciation of fixed assets for the quarter.
The 10Q provides a very broad description of the S,G&A components: "Selling, general and administrative expenses consist primarily of personnel-related costs, legal costs, accounting costs and other professional, regulatory and administrative costs."
More importantly, the calculation of operational cash flow is not nearly as simple as this suggests: "CFP = $3 million in revenue as compared to $2.9 million in expenses. That would be CFP for Q1 of 2013." The latest Cash Flow statement is on page 5 of http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1381105/000121390012005970/f10q0912_jbi.htm
