I also have been invested since SSEV (February 2010) ... It is evident that Charlton Coats is a person of integrity, very trustworthy, dedicated and hard working, and an Army veteran ... it's nice to review his story from a couple of years ago, here it is below ...

By the way, may also notice what companies Chad previously held positions with ... Wal-Mart and JB Hunt ... Well, what do you know? ... Very Interesting ... Northwest Arkansas ... VERY WELL KNOWN Trucking Companies ... WOW!!

Mr. XXXXXXX

I was in the army from 1990-95. I was with the 4th battalion, 22nd infantry, and 25th infantry (air assault) division. I did my tour and was honorably discharged. I finished my business degree in 1999 at John Brown University and was accepted to the Walton School of Business at UofA, but decided I was a little older than my peers and it was time to go to work.
I held positions in Wal-Mart and JBHunt before deciding I didn't like being cramped up in an office. I needed to be outside so I accepted a job from a friend of mine that owns one of the largest mechanical companies in our area to run the service division, which alone, did between 1 and 2 million a year. During that time, I did my 4 year apprenticeship and in 2005 earned my master plumber license. I then went into business for myself and still enjoy plumbing when I get the chance to get out there, but I am large enough that I am able to dedicate much of my time to HTI.

I've been married for 6 years and don't have children...yet. I'm 39, so you can imagine my parents push for grand children. I have developed a love for cycling and ride every chance I get. I enjoy poker, Texas hold'em specifically. Until I got married, I skydived just about every weekend. I love good bean juice, and I am part owner in a local coffee place. I have always been a Ford man, (they finally hit it out of the park with the 6.7 2011 diesel, which is the best truck I've had to date). My wife and I love to travel. Our latest trip to Australia was incredible, I highly recommend it if you can stand the long flight time. I've never been to a country where there were so many long, white beaches, and not a soul on them. Truly a magnificent place. We plan to go back in the next year or two.

I think I have done quite well in my adult life. My address has been made public as someone has pointed out to me so you can see my home is waterfront and we call it our little piece of heaven. Yes, maybe I am a plumber, but I am an educated, successful plumber and I have nice things as a result of "laying pipe". Does this qualify me to be a CEO? Yes, because I already am, of my own company. A CEO of a public company? It is my first experience in a public company executive position, but then again, we are a microcap stock. With the condition the company was in when I took over, it was obvious that the company needed someone with a business background and also, who could work cheap. I have never relied upon HTI for my living. It is known that I traded penny stocks. In fact, like many others, I'll never forget the ride in SPNG and will never forget that infamous Friday...ever. Ever. It has been quite an education being on this side of the fence. As many know now, we have competent attorneys that help us navigate the current situations we are facing, which, all must know, was baggage that came with the company we took over.

So, let's recap. I'm a veteran, a college graduate, business owner and.... a plumber, and now is CEO of Highline Technical Innovations, Inc.

I hope this helps you and gives a little peek into my life.

You have permission to share my short story.

Best Regards,
Charlton Coats
