Jeff, looks like ships has a personal ax to grind and was obviously an insider. This is sub penny land and money is not made buying these stocks thinking that "oh boy, in a couple of years when all these promises come home I'll be really rich". Its buyer beware and apparently Ships left himself holding the hot end of the poker.
