Dude...really? I have covered this on multiple occasions. You really need to keep up. And if you did your "DD" properly, you would have found out about Derek Nguyen. Even if you didn't do any "DD" you would have read about him all over this forum because of his connection to everything that has happened since the filing of the 15-D.

It's not rocket science. Just connect the dots. Nguyen is the puppet master here. But he's got his buddy Robinson To (located conveniently in Vietnam) to be the "face" of the "company". I'm sure Derek would have been the "CEO" of this shell, but because he's located in Newport Beach CA, I guess that would make him too easily accessible to those who are being scammed. So if you try to contact Derek, he just pleads ignorance. Vietnam now is a perfect "office" location for this scam to continue to run for a while. Who is going to actually go there to verify there is ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS AT THAT ADDRESS anyway?

Point in fact, nobody from the "company" can be contacted for any comments.
