What if the Sales Person's professional
knowledge exceeds what is in the PR's
and this person is only attempting to
educate the Buyer of the Product?

Is that insider Information OR
simply "Knowing What You Own"?

If it were a DPLY Sales Person, I would
hope this person knows everything about
their Product. Even questions that may
or may not be available in Current PR's
or Filings.

This increases the opportunity to close
a potential Sale.

Knowledge Rules!!!

Remember, the Sales Person should be
knowledgable of the Product, not what the
Company is doing or where the Company
is going.

That Person wouldn't know the internals
of the Company anyway.
