NBRI. Show me the gold before the effects of convertible debt still in effect.... watchout is all I say. Where are the EB-5 investors in the process for funding the Ruby mine JV after the retimbering? Is there any company word on that from Perry?

Oh yeah, the focus is just now solely on the Fraser property and expansion all of which is/has been funded with convertible debt as well, being as PWC rejected the deal for whatever reason. Bottom line is that the tab is on NBRI's ticket so someone better mine and someone better show some earnings and soon.

What is the status of the EB-5 funding now Bruce, could you update us sir? Maybe ask Perry as he is very shareholder friendly?
