I've received a reply from SCEI.

"Thank you for your remind. We’ll contact our legal counsel to get advises."

This was my e-mail

"Hi,

I noticed the stock is trading on the grey market, meaning no marketmakers or bid/ask prices.
I have been informed that the company should contact their market makers and ask them to submit a form 211 to FINRA. Then it will regain piggyback qualification and start trading on the pink sheets.

Has the company done so, and if not, could you see to it?
