Pfizer (PFE) is apparently considering a January or February launch for its $4B IPO of its Zoetis unit. A final launch decision will depend on the market however, but Pfizer is convinced that an IPO is the way to go, as the unit's hoped-for $20B valuation has priced it out of the range of potential strategic buyers
