Piggy back status allows other MMs to quote the stock after one files a form 211 for the stock. I take it that because it was halted alongside delisted that makes for the 4 days not being quoted. If a stock was just dropped from the NAS it would be pink, being halted as well gets it those 4+ days of no quotation which boots it to the greys.
