To reap a 15% dividend at CIM one needs to own their basis @ $2.40 on CIM's promised 9 cents per Q (.36 per year) dividend. I hold @ $2.55 or 14.1% divy. Since their announcement about updating late filings and promised dividend of 9 cents. The stock has regained investment status.

Right now the chart has a triple top causing the possibility for a retrace to around 2.25, which would be a great buying op again, if it happens. Keep a weekly watch for that.
