GDSM won't have Auidted Financials, at least not any that are valid IMO. As stated, here in "pinkyland" Companies can print what they want for unsuspecting investors to read, cross their collective fingers and hope people buy the BS they print. In turn those same Companies unload hundreds or millions (285MM to be exact for GDSM in the last Quarter) of shares on their bagholders, oops, shareholders, and then alert them to the fact they did this months later.

Keep in mind, there are 56,000,000 Preferred Shares that convert to 840,000,000 Common Shares that can be sold before Common Shareholders can sell off 1 share. Read the filing.

Common Shares here are worthless, and when the A/S is increased to accommodate the Preferred shares, there will be over 1.5 Billion shares that have been dumped here.
