***VIX, VXO, VXN... Tuesday, VXN only one green at +0.33%, the VIX & VXO were at -1.42% and -0.22% despite all of the broader markets being red with the S&P 500 closing -0.24%... in the past, the VXN has bottomed out before the others and in turn led them higher... is this time different or were the bulls really this complacent on Tuesday?
