What you do not seem to understand is the lower and lower the PPS goes, the harder and harder it is for it to recover. Why? Because those who are just looking to flip or skim will continue to sell off and dump once their price target has been reached.

I am sure you are well aware that with a low PPS, people are able to control more shares with smaller amounts of capital, which makes the PPS more enticing to people in it for the short term gain. Consequently, this makes it easier to manipulate since massive amounts of shares can be controlled with such little capital.

In penny land, manipulation is the name of the game.

My sympathy in advance for your friend who spent a large amount of capital on a penny stock. There are far better and safer ways to make gains. In the long run you will never be profitable if you are looking for home runs and grand slams. It is all about base hits.
