It is really going to be fun reading the court documents that discuss the discovery that will result once Fallacaro gets deposed in these future civil lawsuits.
WEDNESDAY - DECEMBER 12-2012 - MSE-Global -Update: James Fallacaro - the man who tried to buy MSE couldn't pay for it - and when he had a chance to work the the MSE people - missed a huge payroll - potentially leaving a lot of employees in financial trouble. Fallacaro is a scam artist who is now threatening lawsuits in Butte - bring it on Jimmy - would love to see you in front of a Butte jury. You can't afford to have the real story of your conduct on the public record - but give it a shot against the Updater or MSE or anybody. We "goat ropers" as your pumpers call Butte folks - would like to see that "pumper" crowd have a little taste of fact reality. The Montana Standard isn't going to write anything in its pages unless somebody says something new - the court system here is ready and waiting - and Fallacaro was run out of town. More than a few people here would sue him if they thought he had a dime of his own to recover. Global Technologies Group isn't even a player in all this - yet its "pumpers" confuse people daily on their national stock board with absolutely phony chat about MSE -- and are making it all up out of whole cloth. Put your money where your mouth is and sue somebody - we'll welcome it if you had facts or courage to do it. 11:33am
