They stopped report because of lawsuits pending, and directors and auditor issues and SEC demands for auditor papers that have been refused due to Chuna law.....
If the SEC is demanding past audit papers in fraud investigations why spend money on further audits and reporting until the real issue is settled?

APWR just settled for over $3 million dollars in an investor law suit (so that book is closed now, and you do not sue a broke company that has disapeared totally), and the stock trades with no MM, no bid or ask, on pink or gray sheets, but it does still trade!!! So it is in theory way over sold once they are reporting again. But if the SEC and China don't cut a deal they all go private in time. So the question is will the going private deals (some, all or none) be fairly valued.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
