Well the ones I am in are pink or gray, and my only concern is a public buyout at say a 100% offer over retail that is only 10% of book value or at a PE of 1.0, kind of theft.

ABAT is very near to a court settlement and APWR just settled, but the financials are and have been dark for nearly 2 years now on these and similar ones. I expect a comeback now, or buy out if the SEC refuses to play ball with China (or visa versa on the accounting audit issues)
