The take private names typically trade at a small discount to the offer price even after a definitive agreement is reached.

They obviously trade at a greater discount before definitive agreement is announced.

WH, (1.88 currently and 3.00 offer), TBOW (1.11 currently and 1.46 offer) and ALN (1.26 currently and 1.60 offer) all seem like decent opportunities here.
