That proves it's a scam. Because if it was a REAL business, they would be doing a WHOLE LOT BETTER than this so far. If they are not too concerned about conning people for much longer, they really don't have to be so picky about details. They just put up a fake website, do a couple of filings, pump out the PRs and before you know it, they have sold enough shares into the market to make themselves multi-millionaires. And you can't really charge them for it, because their response was..."oh, we intended to buy this, to aquire that, to produce this, but the business just didn't come together. It was a failure." And in the meantime, they are laughing to the bank!

Thats what puzzles me.
If this was a "SCAM" they arent doing a very good job.
