ergo - So .. your contention is that the economy is 'down' or 'faltering' merely because Bush's small tax refund program broke the system? I would strongly suggest you go back and research the start of the downturn, before you try to place the blame on the tax cut .... STRONGLY!

Look forward to your attempt to answer though, becaue the real truth is that Bush haas done as fine and upstanding job at running the country as is humanly possible since he took office, in the wake of the terrorism problems, and trying to secure our nation internally as well as externally .... and that fact alone is what has the left up in arms. they can't stand the fact that Bush has earned every single bit of their respect and admiration ... and just can't give it to him. they'd prefer to remain 'mad' about the election, and would prefer to bash, criticize and insult, and find fault, rather than try and actually come up with a better alternative (because they don't HAVE ONE).
