Oct 1 he knew he didnt make the date but it took 26 days to tell us.

This exclusivity period was until October 31, 2012. There were delays in obtaining travel permits for certain key people from the SOE to complete the planned activities

OK No problem.

I am assuming that either the delay was an actual delay or they decided not to come at all because of the time it was going to to take to do what they wanted.

OK so Aug 7 they expect the target date to be sept 30...54 days

54 days before this day they knew they did not have time to do what they wanted.

So Sept 6th Scott knew he ws going to miss the target date.

Why did we wit till Oct 26th to find this out?

Dont you think that extending the agreement on sep 6th and moving out the date would have been a lot less of an issue than missing a target date by a month and then letting us know it didnt work out?

There are all forms of "honesty" and "lies" As of Sept 6th Scott let us believe something that he knew was untrue. That sep 30 we would hear something. And every day that it got closer to that date Scott is a bit more guilty of deception.
After that date he is no longer deceiving us.

Even the PPS reflect the acknowledgement of the deception. The use of the word "Target" allowed others to continue the deception but when Scott finally admitted the deception those supporters left too.

So... Why did Scott set the target date at Sept 30?

IMO Anything except transparent truth is deception. Deception is equal to lies

His initial PR should have stated an exclusivity period was until October 31, 2012

Sept 15 he should have extended that exclusivity period and told the shareholders.
The samples would have been in China a month or two sooner and we would not be back at .02.
We would probably be pretty close to whatever PR is going to come in Feb.
