I totally agree with you.

I understand we are disappointhed by delay.
But I don't understand longs here repeatdly express their disappoints and negative what-if-not speculations.

I like to belive the odd for JV deal to go thru is more than 50%.
Let's shut up and wait till Feb or discuss other things like ....NSS. lol
