QUESTION? So lets say you file a 15D and de-register all the stock. How can you increase the amount of shares of that same stock if the stock is de-registered to begin with is that not a mute point ?

Addendum so the old shares had a par value of .001 and the new ones state they are .0001 does that mean a forward split or share dividend for the shareholders of record (278) ??
