All over the U.S. Repub pols are trying to figure out how to beat Dems - not by beating them fairly in the voting booth, but by fixing the vote system.
PA Repub pols are working on a way to change how electoral votes are counted.....
On December 3 Dominic Pileggi, the powerful Republican majority leader of the Pennsylvania state Senate, announced that he has plans to introduce legislation that would change how the State allocates its electoral votes.
