I am curious how you can think that. With all the "SOE major player in Chinese mining" stuff spouted here, if SOE takes "THE Rocks" and they find that our "World class" "2nd largest on the planet" mine is not worth digging in who is going to believe a thing Scott says?
The deal isnt the last opportunity but it is close enough considering that if the deal falls through this will be 000x in a week or so. After that Scott can resign and sell the shell to someone nobody knows and do a little 15: RS and start over with ST being the "World class" Mine that cant find a buyer.
Scott either comes through on this deal or the market will abandon him
