Last week, an Australian student group said that it is preparing to challenge Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)’s privacy policies in an Irish court. The group claimed that the social networking giant has failed to adjust its privacy policies according to the restrictions of European data-protection law despite of repeated requests and formal complaints made by its users.
