Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg joined the ranks of several other tech executives looking to cash in stocks before reaching the fiscal cliff deadline of Dec. 31.

To date, Sandberg has sold off 1.65 million shares worth nearly $41.5 million. This leaves Sandberg with around 18.7 million shares of Facebook stock
