Atmospheric Water Solutions is run by their patent holder Howard Ullman. Ullman has vast business experience which includes taking a company from less then a million dollars and turning them into a 10 million dollar company. A year prior from taking the company over, the market value of the company was a mere $200,000, and Ullman eventually increased the market cap to 100 million dollars. Ullman has secured many multimillion dollar orders for a generator company that he used to be CEO of, including orders as high as 7 million dollars.
AWS has also been actively selling distributors in various niche industries such as medical devices, farmers markets, health food stores, water related companies, as well as solar companies. One such distributor placed an order this week for 3,000 machines yielding over $3,200,000 in revenues.
In the past two quarters AWS has been involved in a number of pilot programs that have now concluded resulting in positive achievements for the company. During the past six months the company has piloted a program with the largest office supply retailer in the US and has just received vendor authorization. AWS has done a similar pilot with its local school system and has had positive feedback from the city and is in the final stages of supplying all school administration buildings with its product.
OS has increased a staggering 743% this year alone, that is not a good number at all. Revenues have increased a stagger 319,999,900%. This is a good number.
There are two lawsuits against MEXP, neither have been before a judge, nor do we know when, or if it will go before a judge, one lawsuit is on behalf of former divers, and the other one is on the behalf of a former transfer agent. There is a diving side to this business and it has failed, there has been zero revenue from the diving side of this business thus far. This is easy to see if you review the most recent financial reports. Mark Goldberg is the CEO of MEXP and simply has not got the job done, the diving side of this business has no revenue up to date.

Assuming normal profit margins for MEXP from the 3.2 million dollar sale MEXP would have .0002-.0003 in profits per share. When figuring PE ratio a 10:1 ratio is considered a bargain for investors and many consider 20:1 for small, fast growing companies to be a fair value. At a 10:1 ratio we would be trading in the .002-.003 range, and at a 20:1 ratio we would be trading in the .004-.006 range.
At a market value of only 360,000 dollars this is a bargain, IMO.
