all I know entirely anecdotally is that I have been watching several persons buy tickets online.

Not one has gone to EXPE!!!

Generally they have never even heard of it and really care only about the price.

When I mention EXPE they click on it, and then quickly return to wherever (any of about half a dozen or so)

No franchise here IMHO
