Since I am still a novice in the stock market, my opinion on an RS or Buyback at this time doesn't doesn't hold much validity. I'm in long with BBDA. I am still learning the pro's and con's of what really happens either way. An RS reduces my total share count by ratio of the RS and then hope the pps goes up at least the difference and continues. The buyback, the shares are bought by the company and I think retiring them is the best option. Though this question was kinda answered earlier, still not sure where the shares are bought from, the shareholders or other sources, and how is the transaction handled financially.

IMO - - Thoughts?
