Yes, prior to the last R/S Weber swore up and down to all the shareholders that he would NOT do a R/S until the company had 2 audited quarters then he went ahead and did one anyhow after he jacked the outstanding shares up to 12+Billion,After the R/S the shares were brought down to 12Million and now currently sit at 2.4+Billion shares again that are STILL unaudited
