Thx Chuck. I should add that BW knows that (imo) if he were to mess up and do all those things that the naysayers say he'll do, and is doing... he knows that the stock would be done. He would never be able to re-gain shareholders confidence, never - ever.
Even a stupid person would be very aware of the ramifications of a totally burned bridge. I'm sure BW is fairly intelligent... he can't spell, hahaha, but he's got what it takes, just needs polishing in the world of business.
I believe he wants to and will be able to do the buyback as well as get the auditing done. This product is now being supported by retailers and consumers... It is well ahead considering what it was in 2010.
Unfortunately but, for the survival of the company back then, I bet he had no choice but to do the r/s etc. then, the product was not taking off, wasn't being supported, and looking back, he was aggressive with his approach, but the product didn't get kickstarted, I suppose it just wasn't the time. I'm impressed he's been able to hang on for so long. and now it will pay off for him. No telling how much sweat and tears he may have endured.
All in my honest opinion,
GO BBDA!!
