carolincoast, I agree on some of your ideas. First of all though. I reported this week on what was testified to in court. It wasn't my side of things.


Like I said before, this was a fraud trial last week. I think everyone is going to lose, including the investors in orrv.

The Marine Sanctuary is still an issue and I heard that an FBI agent was in the Courtroom. So I don't think this is over yet.

Do some research on the internet. I think I read where several respected Gem experts stated that they consider it FRAUD if emeralds they or anyone else tries to sell are enhanced without telling the client. Didn't that happen to investors in Jays case ??? Didn't Steve and Jay testify that they didn't know of anyone that enhanced any emeralds and then Jay recants his previous testimony and throws his brother under the bus and testifies that 2 bags of emeralds were enhanced and Jay failed to tell the investors or anyone about it???
