My father in law who introduced me to Explor speaks with Ballanger frequently and about 4 months ago Ballanger told him to sell all his shares in Explor due to the market factoring in all that Explor has done or will do and that the dilution of the stock in unfavorable for the shareholders which will continue. My father in law has moved his money into another junior which Ballanger says will have better potential gains for the shareholders.
It seems strange that Ballanger in this video seems so confident last year about EXS and now he is out?
Any thoughts on Ballanger and why he has flipped?
