trueblue, Silverstein is an attorney. That is what he said on the witness stand. If he didn't have an excuse like that, what do you think the Judge would have done to him for intimadating 2 witnesses ???
I also left out the part that both witnsses denied what Silverstein said on the witness stand.
Seems like there has been other reports of Jay's side intimadating people/ I recall a Court Brief where Dean Barr was also intimadated by Jay's side. Funny thing Dean Barr never showed up to testify.
I also noticed that Someone did not put up the part about what the only expert witness testified about what the emeralds were worth.
