You are totally wrong. Certainly a Canadian or US group could have ponied up and maybe still will. The Chinese SOE is one of two large Chinese steel companies. The CEO is doing what he supposed to make deal to further his company for the benefit of its shareholders.

This deal may not close but there is ZERO evidence that anything has been done to screw shareholders.
