I do not believe that for a second. There is a lot to know and a lot unknown about this deal but Scott is 99% more likely to fail than he is to sign a deal that would get the shareholders "screwed"

And even if Merle was 100% against the deal he would never even come close to saying it to a share hlder.
I dont think anyone is getting screwed. Key word... think.

Only time will tell.
Even though I do not like the things Scott has done I still doubt anyone is getting screwed.

I also think the deal will not close. But time will tell.
If the deal falls through we will never really know why.
