It was reported in todays newspaper that Jay's attorney Bruce Silverstein was on the witness stand and was grilled as to why he intimidated two witnesses that were in the hall way waiting to testify in the emerald case.
The Fisher's emerald expert also testified yesterday that the emeralds he examined in this case were from Brazil and Columbia and that by being extremely generous, he placed a value of $50,000 on all of them. He said, that some of the emeralds were of good quality.
I also heard that one of the largst emeralds that appeared in photographs was not presented in Court. If this is true, I wonder what happened to it.
