Thanks for the look. If it dips under $20 it might be a buy for me. I don't much care for the $6B in goodwill and intangible assets which they will continue to write down but these are mostly a left over from the acquisition of Allied Signal and an expected result of a large merger. The P/E on this year's projected earnings is reasonable for this type of company and would be even more attractive if the stock price dips a bit more. Their efforts at paying down debt are a positive sign. (I like companies with low debt ratios) I need to do a little more research on how their major product lines will be expected to do in a slowly recovering economy.
