What people need to ask themselves is!!
How long do you think it would take a company the size of Sney to explore and prospect a concession the size of thiers with the people and financing available to them.
How many square kilometers a day, how much river?
I was asked about Banka Drill, well the manual ones whos design has not changed is very heavy and labour intensive and takes about 15 locals to work it and can do 1 test drill a day due to the time taken to erect, transport and dismantle.
So now you know why I prefer to use local test pit diggers of 4 man teams who can do 4 pits a day. The method was described in eariier post.
