Good points. Guys another point that I think can't be ignored is the capital gains tax increase beginning Jan 1. If sellers have any profits to take on this stock the cap gains increase may be influencing SOME to want to take the gain before Jan 1. Depressing the price may prevent that from happening (as much).

Just a thought
