I'm sure it was discussed at some time here, but did anyone have a good theory on how ERHE qualified to get these blocks in the first place? I mean being indigenous is one thing but given the the lackluster results of the JDZ, I`m still a bit perplexed at how they pulled it off. Offors magic touch? Nod from a suitor to fatten the portfolio? Neteph's smile..lol?
