Fifteen friends in a chat room can easily manipulate the price of thinly traded stocks like JBI.

Paltalk, Skype, IM, web chat, or wherever they hang out these days is a good place to coordinate stock manipulation.

Once the hype starts, there's always someone there to meet any bid.
