Willingly & knowingly terminated the company business license

Willingly & knowingly terminated the TA

Willingly & knowingly terminated the RA

Willingly & knowingly they intended to hide in So Africa and the United kingdom after issuing/selling 75 BILLION shares and running off with share holders money

Willingly & knowingly out & out LIED to NMGL in the agreement there were no issues that would cause any delay or adverse actions. Full well understanding they were currently in SEC violation for failure to file


It's way past time for people to stop defending this group of OFF SHORE penny stock hustlers and start holding their feet to the fire
