so are the people selling ones that got in after the lockwood "shareholder as of" dates for that distribution? i would never sell the shares i have had since before march, only because if this issuance of lockwood shares ever happens, its essentially free money.

But one caveat is it's anyone's guess on what the prices of the lockwood shares will actually be, and i don't think it will be anywhere close to what was announced in earlier releases. but it is still free money.
