Major the last time I went through some thing like this, when a company had a cash flow problem and good assets, they discounted are bonds and stock and then they issued us new stock on crazy formula for the reorganization and canceled old bonds and stock, we came out with a profit but if you healed longer term the new stock went up for the next two years.
