FWC, here are your comments with my responses in parentheses.
I did offer an explanation. (I did not ask for an explanation) My answer was POSC lied. (Evidence?) And they have a bad habit of doing it. (More evidence?)
1) They said a simple clerical error was need to clear this up in a few days. That's what 2 or 3 people said on this very board. It has been way more than that and presents the possibilities of a bigger problem that people are trying to cover up. No moderator needed. You have your explanation.
(Usually, when something does not happen as predicted, the explanation is simple and without drama. Regarding the DTC Chill, a simple, and more likely explanation for its not being lifted is the slowness of bureaucracy. However, the “explanations” that you offer come from your imagination, which appears to include a hostile bias toward the CEO. Here are things you simply made up: “way more than that” “possibilities of a bigger problem” “people are trying to cover up.”)
2) How many of you said months ago that Patrick Rooney's SEC charges were already cleared up while that wasn't the case? (Many people did. Not me.)
3)Patrick Rooney gave a public interview to a newspaper that said a financing deal would be in place 1-2 months ago. Is it? Doesn't seem like it.(No announcement doesn't mean they haven't selected a banker.)
Some honest answers would be nice. I don't trust anybody when it comes to these boards and trading. (You might write Patrick Rooney and ask him what you want to know instead of reading boards and making your accusations of him based on second hand information.)
