Cassandra...I kind of knew royalties but
even so wouldn't SRS want something up front? Or is SRS that trusting? Maybe betting the O-1000 will take off and initially providing the technology for free?

Every press release and CC that are suppose to instill confidence seems to do just the opposite. With the economy the way it is and the looming war and the 10Q I really don't understand how this company stays in business. But what really bothers me is I made a point of asking people I know well and not so well the past two weeks if they had or their family had a MP3 player of any brand. Most people knew what they were but no one has one. Two people I work with that actually own EDIG didn't know what they do.
