Because Powerlock vanished in the middle of the night & TS is the only contact there is .Can't think of any reason why Powerlock would intentionally ruin their credibilty with shareholders & the public like they did.

Your comment about TS not being able to confirm a merger is Wild Speculation. The only way to find out if they can or can't answer that question is to call and ask.
