Patent attorneys do not work on a contingency because there is no assurance of winning a case. Patent law is unlike other law cases and you may have a strong case and lose.
Please list for me a law company that works on contingency for patent suits. Better yet name a lawsuit in which the attorneys represented the plaintiff on a contingency in a patent lawsuit.
Name just one suit and provide a link please! TIA
