"For sure, all of this will end up in court, IMO. I am not a lawyer but I don't see a need at this time for Calypso to file patent infringement lawsuits, because Calypso does not have a way to measure their potential damage claim."

1# Calypso will NOT be in business by the time a lawsuit would be decided and saying anyone would settle is beyond ludicrous!

2# a# Calypso does not have the money as evidenced by the continued decline in value of company stock to finance a lawsuit.
b# It would take millions against a company the same size of Calypso and tens of millions for larger companies with the largest being 30 million minimum.

3# You’re just grasping at straws, fighting for air to justify in your own mind continuing to hold this sinking boat. I will not call it a ship because the company is not big enough to get off the pinks!

4# Calypso has not intention of filing a lawsuit otherwise they already would have. It is too late and any court now would ask why Calypso did not file in a timely manner! The defense would claim and rightly so that Calypso itself felt it had no legitimate claim. All this is strictly my opinion!
